IKIGAI - a fancy word or a way of living?
So many people are talking about IKIGAI these days. But what if it is not just a fancy new term, but a way to reconnect with yourself, your aspirations and your true passion?

I left Intel in December 2024 knowing exactly one thing: what I didn't want. Turns out that's not nothing. That's actually where it starts.
My coach Jacqueline asked me if I'd read the IKIGAI book. I hadn't. A few days later I was driving hundreds of miles across New Zealand's South Island with my mum — and I listened to the whole thing. Stopped and reversed where something landed. Paused where there was no signal. I was diligent.
When I came back, I kept hearing the same questions from people mid-exit, blanking completely on what's next. I'm not the kind of person who sits with a good question for long. And I thought — what if I could help them find their IKIGAI?
And then I attended Chris Do's Be You Till Full workshop in Singapore, and something had shifted. His idea — that the inward journey always comes before the outward brand — landed somewhere specific. I had the IKIGAI framework already living in my head. So I went to Manus, built a prompt I was genuinely proud of, and ran my own analysis. It surfaced an intersection I would never have found alone.
I started building. Bolt failed. ChatGPT API gave me dumb outcomes. And then Claude Code emerged — and within weeks, not months, Unscript IKIGAI was live.
